Living with Higher Standards -- A Godly Character Counts

Blessings, Beloved Women of God! Jesus has something special planned just for you today. Yes, it is your day for the remarkable to happen; I pray you will wait with hope and expectation for His love to touch you in a special way!

Do you long to have a godly character that counts? Do you want to be known for your inner beauty? Do others see you as well-balanced and have good judgement?
In the first six chapters of Daniel we see a remarkable young man who displays approximately seventy qualities of godly character. From the beginning, Daniel is determined not to defile himself. God has greatness destined for him; however, Daniel has to make the decision for himself to choose to be of good character. Because Daniel chose righteousness rather than fleshly desires, God elevated Daniel above all others in the kingdom of Babylon, and gave him wisdom, knowledge, skill, and well-balanced judgment in all matters.
Like Daniel, as representatives of God’s Kingdom, we need to be people who always live our lives with higher standards, and refuse to accept that the world’s increasingly lowered standards are all life has to offer us. Regardless of the difficult circumstances we face each day, we must choose righteousness about everything else.
May you receive all God has planned for you, and may you be filled with wisdom, knowledge, skills, and well-balanced judgment!
In His Mighty Name,
Kelly
