Part 2: Getting Dressed? Don't Forget to Put on Love

Blessings Beautiful Women! As I pondered yesterday's blog post, I am reminded of Paul's words in 1 Corinthians 14:1 "Let love be your highest goal." Love is not just something we are to do but we are to make it a goal.

Paul in the previous chapter said, "...but if I didn't love others, I would be of no value whatsoever." Did you know, deep down inside of each of us is the ability to love others? Hard to believe? 1 Thessalonians 3:12 says, "For God Himself has taught you to love one another." Because God loves us, His love is in us, and we are taught by Him to love other, we can love others. That is God's promise to you! If you are struggling to love others, don't worry! God is teaching you how to love.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, I long to love others. Lord my heart is hard against _________________, please teach me to love, give me a loving spirit, your loving heart to love with your love. In Jesus' name. Amen.
